AUTO-POWER Function

For welders who move between construction sites and workshops, the "power operation" of welding helmets always comes with small annoyances: it is difficult to press the switch while wearing gloves; forgetting to turn off the power drains the battery; and forgetting to turn it on delays work. The AUTO-POWER (Auto Power On/Off) function is the helmet's "thoughtful steward" that saves welders from these troubles. From the diagram, we can directly understand its "auto logic": AUTO ON (Auto Power On): It activates when either of two scenarios is met – either the ambient light is sufficient, or the helmet is put on. There is no need to manually press the power button; just pick up and put on the helmet, or move to a well-lit area, and the helmet will automatically "wake up". AUTO OFF (Auto Power Off): It also adapts to two scenarios – either the ambient light dims, or the helmet is taken off and left unused. During work breaks, when you take off the helmet to rest, or when you go to a dark area to organize tools, the helmet will automatically turn off the power and "stand by". This function precisely addresses the work pain points of welders: there is no need to struggle with pressing the switch while wearing thick gloves; there is no need to remember to "turn on/off" the helmet when putting it on or taking it off repeatedly; and it also prevents battery drain caused by forgetting to turn off the power. Especially when moving between outdoor locations or walking around the workshop, welders don't have to worry about the helmet's power status and can focus entirely on welding the weld seam. In short, AUTO-POWER replaces the helmet's "power management" with "scene-based auto-adaptation". It not only reduces operational steps but also subtly extends battery life, making it a practical and convenient "invisible helper" in modern welding helmets.
